Help! Need # Of Servings Chart--Based On Indydebi's Cutting

I am meeting with a new client this morning and can't find the sheet I always use about serving sizes. It says something about being based off of indydebi's cutting guides--so I know I got it off of cc. Thanks!

Indy uses the Wilton numbers, but just not their circle cutting method. Me too.
