Hello All,
I opened Traci's Sweet Surprises in Jan 2010 in a rented kitchen. I got this wild hair that I needed to have a storefront to support the cake portion of my business, so I did just that. April 11th my store opened in our small town of Quincy, CA. We have not had a bakery (other than a chain retail store) for at least the last 8-10 years. What an awesome experience. I'm tired, loving this, exhausted and everything in between.
I know how much love I have for my cakes and how much I still have to learn and look forward to the daily challenge of operating my shop.
I wanted to thank Cake Central and all it's members for their support.
