I've searched the recipes and can't seem to find a single scratch recipe for a chocolate cake that can be carved. HELP!!!

I made this one: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Chocolate-Stout-Cake-107105 for the Guinness glass cake in my photos.

The fact that the cake looks a bit squished was my own fault, and not the cake's. It carved REALLY well, but came out moist and so good.

In fact, it's my go-to chocolate cake recipe now.
