I am in cukinary school and for our final baking exam we have to create a three tiered wedding cake with a pastillage gazebo on top. I am at a total loss having never seen a cake like this. Most modern wedding designs do not combine with a gazebo in my mind. Does any one have any thoughts, ideas or suggestions? Normally all I do is carved cakes. Thanks

Have you tried searching the gallery for pictures? Sometimes if you find one you like, you can send a private message to the creator and ask for advice or help. As long as you're kind in your request, they'll probably be more than willing to help.

Good luck!!!

Try Googling modern gazebo. Finding the gazebo you want, should get the cake ideas brewing.
Gazebo first, what type of wedding second, and then what cake would work with it.
