So I want to make this (pic attached) roasted pig cake for a luau. I was thinking about stacking 4 - 11X15 sheet cakes together and then carving it. Do you think the whole thing should be cake? Or should I make the head out of RKT? Would you carve the arms and legs or just do those in fondant? And if I did stack 4 - 11x15 sheet cakes and then carve them about how many servings would that give me with it being carved? Thanks in advance!

Its all lying down so you could probably just do it all in cake...I probably would! Then it looks hand painted.

Hi I don't know much about carving but I would carve the whole body out of a rectangular cake (Any size oyu need), and then do the legs and the arms out of rice crispies...

Well, the head you can start with the egg pan, just to save on carving. But the rest I would do in cake, too. You can totally airbrush that bad-boy, and make it AWESOME!!!!

PS - I LOVE that cake!!!! I just about woke the baby laughing when I saw that!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Thanks Everyone! Thanks Jan!

So does 2 stacked 11x15 cakes give you aproximately 82 servings? Am I figuring correctly?
