Hello, What would be the best type of buttercream for a chiffon cake? My doing a 60th wedding anniversary for a friends grandparents. They would also like strawberries. Can i fill it?
I've never baked a chiffon before!

I would (lightly) frost a chiffon cake in either IMBC or SMBC if you want buttercream or in stabilized sweetened whipped cream.
