Has any one done a Topsy Turvy in BC? I have a last minute order for this Friday. Tha lady first said she wanted it done in MMFondant..No problem. Then ppl started telling her that fondant wasnt that good and so on. So she changed her mind. Can anyone show me some pictures? I searched google but all I got was Fondant covered ones.

Thanks,

Do you do the final coat of BC before or after assembly. I just got some mini pans and plan on practicing small scale.

I have Sharon's topsy turvy DVD and i know in the DVD she decorates the cake in fondant she also mentions that you can do it in BC. I just havent seen many of these types of cakes done this way.

I do the final coat of buttercream before assembly. I add fondant accents after.
