My son doesn't like cake, so I'm thinking about suggesting a chocolate chip cookie cake to him for the party. I've never made one and I plan on keeping it in the pan for the party, so my question is this: Do I put the dough all the way to the edge of the pan, or allow for spreading? If so, how much room should I leave?

Thank you!!

I'd push the dough to the edges of the pan. icon_smile.gif

Push to the edges but make it slightly thicker in the center so when it wants to spread out more evenly.
