Tool To Open Luster / Petal Dust Container

Does anyone have a tool or trick to open up a luster or petal dust container?
I've been using my teeth which then damages the top and then could eventually hurt my teeth.

A bottle opener works well. The kind you use to open up glass soda bottles that have the metal top.
