I have some marshmallow fondant that I made. I've kept it in the fridge for a few months. How long do you think it will keep in the fridge?

I make mmf but I do not put it in the fridge....sorry can't help! I would prob take it out of the fridge let it come to room temp, taste it to see if the taste has changed and then I would take a bit and try to work with it just to see. I personally haven't had any left for that length of time.
