ok i have a grooms cake i am doing and its just a solid chocolate rectangle .. covered in chocolate fondant.. they want a burnt orange flat longhorn on the top/middle of the cake.. should i just cut it out of fondant? or should i mold it out of chocolate?
its a very plain cake so must be very smooth in the one and only detail haha

thanks

I'd cut it out of fondant. I just think that would look sleek with a flawless fondant finish.
