I am making a sprinkler head (for lawn irrigation, not the typical lawn sprinkler), how should I make water spraying out of it? Any suggestions?

Different sizes of wires coming out with dots of light blue fondant in different places along the wires. Paint piping gel on top of the fondant balls.

I made water out of jolly ranchers. I melted them and them just shaped it into what I wanted. My cake with the water hose shows it.
