I bought the tonic water with quinine (sp) and mixed it with piping gel. Took it in a dark room and it didnt work. Then I took the bottle into the dark room and that didnt glow either. Anyone have any ideas? Does it need to dry?

TIA

You need a black light to make it glow, not just a dark room.

Yes, quinine flouresces under blacklight it does not glow in the dark. Two different concepts.
