A client has come to me abiut a 3D Boba Fett Helmet cake, which I can so do and will not be a problem. I then inquire about her flavor preference. One word: blueberry. Any ideas or recipes for me?

I have made this cake and substituted raspberries and blue raspberry jell-o for the strawberry. I imaging you could do the same with blueberries and blueberry jell-o. (If there is such a thing, that is!)

For easter I made lemon WASC variation with blueberry cream cheese filling, it was wonderful and the colors were great when cut into.

Fold frozen blueberries into your favorite white cake recipe. Then fill with cream cheese frosting topped with a smear of blueberry preserves.

I'd make blueberries in teh filling, and use some juice in the butter cream to fill it. A nice lemon cake is always goes well with blueberries. I would think you'd want to avoid putting blueberries in the batter, since you'll have to carve it (right?)
