I am doing a carrot cake for a grooms cake this weekend. There isn't room for refrigeration, either here or the venue. Does anyone have a cream cheese like filling that doesn't need to be refrigerated?

macsmom has a cream cheese filling ,using , i think, bettercream, instant cream cheese pudding, and milk. look up her username and you will see how to get these recipes. hth
