I just had the chance to try Sharon's Butter-cream icing and use the technique in "Perfecting the Art of Butter-Cream". It turned out great. I did not have any Viva Paper Towels so I used a patterned one. It turned out pretty cool. I will try to upload a pic. TFL.

Great job Sharon's DVD's and tips and techniques are great and the finished products are something to be proud of. When out of Viva papertowels, I have used clean copy paper and parchment paper and they both work well.
