How do I get grass green fondant? I will be making mmf. How long should I let it sit to brighten up? I have some Wilton colors and some Ateco colors.

Use Wilton's leaf green if you have it. Green doesn't usually brighten up over time, add as much as you need to get the shade you're looking for.
