I've been wanting a Cupcake Courier for a loooong time now, but everywhere I look they cost more to have shipped than the courier itself; $29,99 for the courier, $34,95 to have it shipped to Denmark icon_mad.gif and I'm just too cheap for that.

But I'm going to London in the beginning of June and was hoping someone here would know of a shop where I can get one.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I just searched for one last night and the only place I found was one person on the internet in the U.K, but she's in Slough, this is her e-mail address [email protected] HTH

Thanks kizrash, but that's a bit too far away, I'm only in London for two days and I'm not sure my travel companion will agree to spanding one of those days travelling to Slough icon_lol.gif

I was hoping that someone knew of a store or shop that sold them.

Oh hun I realized it was maybe too far for you but I have searched and searched and it seems that this is the only supplier in the U.K. There is even a huge notice saying 'they only have a small number left and once they are gone they will no longer be available in the U.K' HTH

I think you've missed what the OP means. They are not looking for someone who will ship cupcakes they are looking for a cupcake courier which is a specialist box for carrying cupcakes.

Unfortunately as has been said before the only place in the UK that does them is the place in Slough. The only other option is the wilton one but that does not hold as many and is about the same price. That can be bought in the UK in any Hobby Craft store.

HTH

Hi JohnDavid.

I looked at the site you gave me, but Janeoxo is right, I'm not looking for someone to ship cupcakes but for a plastic carrier for transporting cupcakes.

Thanks for your help anyway. icon_biggrin.gif

I can, but only through Amazon in US, they don't carry it on the UK site, and this means I have to pay $34,99 to have it shipped to Denmark icon_mad.gif

I'm too cheap to pay more for shipping than for the item I want, in this case $29,99 for a cupcake courier.

Just and idea, would it be possible for the company in Slough to send one to the address you will be staying at in London?

That will be my last option if all else fails, because I'd have to coordinate it very precisely with the company so it is delivered to the hotel where I'm staying in one of the two days I'm actually there! icon_lol.gif

Hi I've been looking for a few weeks now and can't find a cupcake courier seller anywhere in the uk. The cupcake courier uk website seems to not be around anymore and another website that did sell them are now out of stock and don't seem likelyto get anymore.
Can anyone help please? Thank you xx

You can buy this from their UK website:

http://www.craftcompany.co.uk/cupcakes/boxes-carriers/cupcake-carriers.html

I might try ordering one, though the prices are significantly more than for the same item in the states - £39.99 for the cupcake courier. (USA Amazon price is roughly £23 so might be cheaper yet to import it!)

I have just found another uk site selling it slightly cheaper:

http://www.cakescookiesandcraftsshop.co.uk/acatalog/Cupcake-Cake-Carrier-Caddy.html#aZ_2d558007

Though this is out of stock as I post this.

Try www.sugarshack.co.uk I saw them at Cake International Exhibition at the NEC. The couriers are £34.99 on the website. Not sure about shipping. HTH

You can buy a 12 cupcake carrier from Lakeland they have shops in both Kingston upon Thames and Brent Cross, their website is: www.lakeland.co.uk I would go onto their website first and check if they have one in stock in the shop that is nearest for you to buy from first though. Hope this helps.

You may want to do a search on the forum, there was a recent thread that gave instructions on making your own out of cups and a cake box. Not as pretty but would work for a quick fix!
