Hello All!

I'm making cakepops tonite as part of a dessert table for a bridal shower. I have 2 questions...1.) is it ok to use Ghiradellis chocolate disks as a coating? and 2.) should I insert the sticks in before or after dipping in the chocolate? BTW do you actually dip in the chocolate or do you spoon it over the ball? Should the chocolate be cool? This will be my first time making cakeballs/pops as if you couldn't tell... icon_redface.gif Thanks to all who reply!
