I want to make coconut truffles but I have no idea how I am going to do it. Should I use white chocolate ganache? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks. icon_smile.gif

Do you mean like... cake balls? I'm not sure what you mean but here is my coconut ball recipe that I use and I LOVE them, I am an absolute coconut NUT! icon_razz.gif I just use milk chocolate and semi sweet to dip, but I am not a white chocolate fan! HTH!

Just regular candy truffles. Thank you for the link. That recipe looks really good.

you're welcome! I love them like I said, I usually don't have a good excuse to make them because my family hates coconut and if I make them I eat them ALL! hehe But I always make them at Christmas and I made them for Christmas cookie/candy bowl presents they were a hit!
