How and where do I find a how to on setting up a fountain for cakes, I know it sounds DUMB...but seriously...I mean it more like pull it out of the box, put together, and plug, but how do I find out how to put it on a cake, under a cake...whatever....how tall I need the cakes to be for it to fit right..etc
And to get the color I need in it, is it food coloring and is it safe to use on it?
