Has anyone filled, crumb coated and the froze their cakes until they needed to decorate? I'm just wondering if that would work? ![]()

It should work fine as long as they are wrapped properly.

I don't usually fill before freezing but I freeze nearly every cake I make. I suppose you could fill as long as you wrap them well!
