Has anyone filled, crumb coated and the froze their cakes until they needed to decorate? I'm just wondering if that would work?
It should work fine as long as they are wrapped properly.
I don't usually fill before freezing but I freeze nearly every cake I make. I suppose you could fill as long as you wrap them well!
