I found this blog while researching for a vegan wedding cake. I haven't tried the recipes though.

I've tried the recipes at the above link! icon_smile.gif

I found that the BBC recipe hardened more quickly, whilst the one at Vegetation Ramblings held the better shape. You might need to experiment if you have something intricate though ... I only tried piping stars.
