If your DH says honey Im tired of shoveling snow off the deck. Lets take it down and build a sunroom and by the time its complete, its actually referred to as the cakeroom. Its like a fantasy come true. One whole wall with cabinets and drawers and a floor to ceiling pantry and a great big countertop. All for cake cake cake 
And the best part was it was mostly DHs idea so I dont even have to feel guilty about it!
