Im from the Uk and Need help to achieve a Cerise Pink icing Can anyone help me Please

Sorry my response is a bit late - 
but only just saw your thread.
Blue Ribbon in the uk (link above) has the powdered colours and cerise is one of them.
Click on link and then scroll down until you see the little pot of pink cerise.
I order and use mostly their colours - so vibrant and long lasting -
