I'm searching for a great knife to carve with. Any suggestions/ recommendations? Thanks in advance!

I use it for every cake I do, but not to carve. I level my cakes with it. For carving, as in 3D sculpting, I would recommend a smaller serrated knife.

Perfect. Its really inexpensive on Amazon so I was thinking of giving it a shot.

If I'm remembering correctly, I bought mine from GSA for about $13 or so. It is SOOOOO worth the money for leveling my cakes.
