I apologize if this has asked before I tried searching and had no luck. I have an edible printer and have yet to use it. What exactly do you do after you print it off? I had my local grocery store make me a logo and it didn't look like it was part of the cake it just looked as though it was plopped on top.

TIA,
Kelley

Usually I will add a small shell or tight zig-zag border around the edge of the image in a color to enhance the cake. I don't like the look that it has after the image is "plopped" on the cake either. I will also add dots, squigglys, sprinkles, or other details to the outside of the image just to complete the look.

It needs to be placed on the cake before the icing has a chance to crust and it will meld into the icing.
