I'm an experienced home baker but new to decorating and fondant. I have the wilton set of tips but I have no clue how to use most of them. What brand of pans should I buy and what fondant tools do I need? If there are any good instruction books I should own please let me know. Any input will be appreciated!

Wilton makes a booklet that describes how to use the most popular tips.

As for pans, get Magic Line or Fat Daddio.

Start your education by searching this web site and more. Google what you want to learn and you will be surprised how much is available on the internet. A course or two wouldn't hurt either, helps get the techniques down pat. Good Luck icon_wink.gif
