I need some help. I need to cover some cookies about 10 of them tonight. Cookies are already made. I need something that dries fast!!! I use Royal Icing (3 Tbsp Meringue Powder, 4 C Powder Sugar, 6 Tbsp water).


Any one of something that dries about 2-3 hrs????

Oh no! Nobody answered! What happened?

That's because there was a thread just recently that discussed this.

If you need to cover cookies in a hurry, fondant or MMF or RBC is the way to go. I can tell you that RI dries faster than glace but it still needs a lot of drying time. HTH
