I had a bride ask me to try to duplicate a cake made on "Cake Boss". I told her I am definitely no Buddy Valestrio, but she said she had faith that I would make a beautiful cake. My question is - the cake she liked had these spiral like twigs. I don't know if it something that is edible or not. I think that I can buy some in the floral dept. but was wondering if I could use them on a cake? Can I wrap the portion that will be inserted in the cake with something? Thanks for your help.
