I was asked to make a horse themed cake for a little boys birthday, I would love to make a 3-D cake but I dont have the time or tools to make the structure needed. Is there any way to make a cake without a complicated structure? Or does anyone have any neat ideas? The boy specifically asked to have it show a face of a black horse with a white stripe down his nose....so I need to be able to do that...........HELP!

Do you have access to the rubber ducky pan? I use that for 3D horses. Add more frosting to the nose, make it any color you want.
