I know there are recipes on here for MMF but I want to hear what's some really good ones and I guess the one I hear the most i'll try. lol

hi, I just love mmf compared to bought fondant. I use name brand mm, melt 1 bag of large mm in a microwave with 1/8 cup of water.. so the mm don't stick... melt on med. temp for 3-4 min's... half way through... just before you go to add the mm to the icing sugar.. I add clear vanilla (1tbsp)
stir well and then mix with your icing sugar... when you have a single ball, place in a mixer (coated with shortening) place in the dough hook and mix on med speed for 4-5 minutes. you can mix longer,, this will get any lumps out of the mmf... no need to kneed... wrap in plastic and put in the fridge for 3 hours to set... I hope you enjoy your fondant. therese
