Hi all! I was wondering how long IMBC will keep? Can it be frozen? I've never made it before but wanted to use it for a Super Bowl cake...I was going to go ahead and make a batch now though to see how it turns out. Thanks!

It will keep for about 2 weeks in the fridge and several months in the freezer.
Remember that it must be brought to room temp and then rewhipped prior to using.
