It is from the Wilton 2004 book, and it's called Sweet Cameo.

Here is a link to the pattern. I love this pattern, I used it for a bas relief cut out on a cake I did before I took lessons. One day I will scan the picture and post it.

Yes, that is one of my favorite cakes. And if you look carefully, you see that the cake artist used fondant and bas relief also, as I did.

It is a technique that takes normally flat figures and gives them dimension, like they did on the breast area of the pictured cake.
