I would encourage you to make sure you document document document.. I have a written letter from my health department stating how they interpret the law. Their interpretation allows me to sell baked goods from my home (no need to set up a stand on my porch) as long as I have it properly labeled. I keep this document in a file in case I were ever questioned or if the head of the health department changes. It won't help me if the new head interprets it differently but should protect me from being in trouble for following it as it was provided to me currently. If that makes sense. Best of luck
