What options are there for filling a cake for an outdoor wedding in the summer? I have explored the sleeved jam type fillings. Can Bettercreme be used? What about the sleeved Bavarian Creme?

Well, I do know this much, any of the sleeved fillings will do because the don't require refridgeration. The bavarian cream will work as well as lemon cream or the coconut cream. It depends on what flavor your cake is. Hope this helps.
