Cake Pan Size - 1/2 Sheet?

I wanted to know...what size pan is a 1/2 sheet??

Ive heard 12x18 although i use 11x15

It's a 12X18 a full sheet is 18 X 24

Read my post on the sizes and the logic behind them. I think wilton just threw the 11x15 in there to confuse everyone: http://cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-628706-.html

It *IS* important to know the correct sizes. Grocery stores are starting to put out 11x15 sheets and calling them "half sheets". So when a client tells you "But so and so grocery does a half sheet for only blah blah blah!", you can tell them, "Yes, but THEIR so-called "half sheet" serves 35 and my REAL half sheet serves 50." icon_twisted.gif

Yep. 12 X 18 is the industry standard.
