Need Major Help W/mmf!!! Never Had This Issue Before.

Okay, there are a bunch of posts on here. What is the BEST MMF recipe you use? Not Chocolate, just regular plain white fondant 
Or PM it to me. I'm getting confused now trying to figure out the best through this post. If you could, all ingredients and instructions on how YOU make it. Obviously it works for you, and I need it to work for me. I have to find a happy medium I went from one extreme to the other, Very very crumbly to so soft and heavy. Or am I just silly thinking MMF will ever look and be pliable like the store bought fondant.....
