Here's a cool bag: http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1355419
And the instructions for creating it, using a round cake: http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1356679
I cut a couple of 9 x 13 in half and stacked them. Then carved the top corners, rounding them off. Crumb coated and covered in fondant. Plain fondant, not gumpaste. The handles and decorations were made out of gumpaste a few days ahead. the logo was also painted on without a stencil. I have a few LV bag so I them as samples.
Hope that helps a little.
