Changed My Mind - Beater Blade Does Make A Difference!

I was having trouble with the beater blade that I just purchased. I had posted (incorrectly) in the cake decorating forum and everyone tried to help me. I was even on the phone with Chef's Catalog where I purchased it - they called me twice. Anyway, because of all your help and I just wouldn't give up, I got it to work.

I even put my paddle on first then the beater blade to see the difference and oh, boy does it.

Thank you all for the help you gave me. If it wasn't for you guys I would have sent it back and cursed a blue streak while scraping the bowl while making 600 cookies!

Me too! I want one for both of my KAs...hopefully Santa will be extra nice this year!!!
