I have a lot of thing to do tonight and dont have time to run back to the store ! im all out of cake flour can i sub with all purpose flour

Yes you can.

For every cup of cake flour, remove 2 Tablespoons of AP flour.

For example, if the recipe calls for two cups of cake flour, you would get out two cups of All Purpose flour and then take out 4 Tablespoons of AP flour.
