Covering Dummies

Do you cover your dummies in royal or buttercream? If you use butter cream how long do the dummies last?

Buttercream only. When my icing hits the stryofoam, it pretty much turns to concrete. I pick up the dummies by the sides to move them around. Kids LUV it when I tell them, "Sure! YOu can touch the cakes! Go ahead!"

They last for years.

I could never figure out the big attraction to using RI.
