How do I make a cake in the shape of a van...I have seen a few on here. Is it as simple as stacking a few sheets and carving the front window and hood out or is there more to it. Carved cakes intimidate me. This will be my first....for my dad's birthday. He owns a carpet cleaning business and I want to model the cake after his van. Any tips would be appreciated...thanks.
