....just sitting here waiting for a cake tasting that the girl only lives like two minutes from my house and she is 15 minutes late, and not answering her cell! *sigh*

No money lost really...I do free tastings if I'm using leftover whatever I have in my freezer/fridge, and $25 for a custom tasting (they choose three flavors). So its a free one....although her wedding is on Dec 31st and I'm going out of town so hopefully she lets me know soon what she's doing.

I don't mind doing last minute wedding cakes but I do mind people who make appointments and don't show for them! thumbsdown.gif I'm using up the last of my cake stuff so if she doesn't come get her cake slices...that's it! No more until January!

I don't sell cakes but I do work for a child psychologist and I find that there are alot of just plain RUDE people. We have people who schedule appointments and then don't give us the courtsey of a phone call to cancel. They just don't show up. Rude people suck!!!!

Thanks!

I saved the cake slices just in case she calls apologizing for forgetting....however its been like two hours since I left a msg on her voicemail and in these days its rare for someone not to check so...no biggie!

My kiddos and hubby will be happy to take the cake off my hands.

I'll about have to...I'm out of town from the 21st to the 30th...I was going to bake this week and freeze, so I could get her wedding done the 31st. So...not much time if she really needs this cake.

That close to the wedding date she should be coming with roses thanking you for even considering doing the cake. Not showing up when this close to the date icon_confused.gif She really must not want a cake at her wedding.

Thanks all!

Yeah I'm not going to worry about it....not sure why she'd be so unorganized.
