Can I use Ghirardelli white chocolate (vanilla dream) squares for candy clay? If so, can I melt it in the microwave and use the same recipe as you would for candy melts? these are what I have:

TIA!

I'm sorry that I can't actually answer your question, but...

WHY are you wanting to take perfectly wonderful Ghiradelli chocolate to make candy clay? That's what baker's chocolate is for, IMHO.

Again, sorry. And good luck with whatever you decide!
