Can anyone help me know how to do peonies? I can't find anything. What cutter do I use? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks so much!

I would suggest you get a peony cutters. You can also use rose petal cutters and cut out the tops with the pointed side.

Check out our photo posted online here. We used peony cutters to make them. I think we made between 15-20 petals for each one.
