I had baked a 3D stand-up bear yesterday, and it looked fine, but today, when I went to decorate the cake, and I put a dowel down the middle, turns out, the head was sort of hollow, and undercooked! So, I need to make another one, but am in a time crunch - any suggestions on getting it cooled more quickly than the 5 hours it says to leave it in the pan?

Can you stick it in front of a fan?

You could flash freeze it for about 1 hour....
