Hi girls, I need urgent help. I'm in the middle of the night, halfway with a wedding cake and suddenly my chocolate modeling paste is crumbling. What did I do wrong. I made the paste last night. The recipe is 125g of dark chocolate : 2 tblsp liquid glucoze. The first 3 batches worked nicely. Rolled out nicely too. But the last batch is crumbling. So I made a new batch and guess what, crumbling too. Can somebody please help me. How can a fix the paste.
