Hi everyone, can anyone tell me what to use in the middle of my 8 inch square pan to separate chocolate batter from white batter? I want to have chocolate on one side and white on the other.

cut a piece of cardboard to fit in the middle of the pan as a divider. Cover it will cling wrap. Prepare pan as usual. Hold it with one hand in place and pour batter in both sides and lift it out. Bake as usual.

Thank you! I was thinking about using tinfoil, I wouldn't have thought of using cardboard and clingwrap icon_biggrin.gif
